Location is by the beach and conveniently close by Trader Joe's and Target. All professional girls who work. Rent will be $1,175/month.
There will be a shared bathroom upstairs, but if ever needed, there's a half bathroom downstairs.
One of the tenants has a dog who is very friendly and mindful and the roommate takes close care to him.
I'm looking for someone to take over my room. The two girls are very easy going and friendly. We all make sure we're never in each other's way but also stay close enough to be there for one another.
I always felt very safe living here. It's a quiet area, and perfect for a girl looking to live by the beach.
