Hi! My name is Nathan. I currently have a 2 bed 2 bath in Huntington Beach. I am looking to rent the second bed and bath by June 1st. The apartment is 5 minutes from Huntington Beach State Park, 8-10 minutes to downtown Huntington and the Pier. Walking distance to Albertsons, Mother’s, Walgreens, restaurants and Hoag medical building. Washer and dryer in unit. Our apartment is very quiet due to surrounding area.

I am 32 years old, gay/masculine, sober. I work in restaurants, mostly evenings and weekends. I have two Huskies that are super loveable and loving (See photos). Unfortunately, I can’t accept any more pets. I spend my time off with my dogs, finding new beach spots, finding new restaurants, going to meetings. My current goals are to learn to surf and ride a motorcycle, hoping to get a bit more active, but, meh.

I’m very mellow and clean. Self sufficient and open to being friends, friendly, or passers in the night. Whatever you prefer. Male, Female, Gay, Straight, Couples ($1800)… all are welcome to apply. I’m only hesitant about children due to having big dogs.

My lease will be renewed September 1st. Since rent may change, I am looking for a roommate for 3 months, at which point we can re-asses based on changes in price. Or if things are working fine as is, we can continue the arrangement as it stands.

The lease is itself is month to month, and only requires 30 days notice to vacate. I am requesting a deposit of one months rent up front. Deposit of $500 to hold the apartment until move in date, which will be applied to the deposit/first month rent.
