Room in apartment with own bathroom

I am looking for a roommate to move into a small/medium sized room with own bathroom (bathroom is outside the room). I am looking for someone to move in by the beginning of July. I am a working professional who starts work at 7am so would like someone who is considerate of noise at night. I would like someone who doesn't have pets, is non-smoking, and who is open to communicating about cleaning and guests. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioner in the living room. The living room is furnished with a couch and TV. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity is a separate bill.
