Bathroom: shared with one other person. There is a bathroom downstairs if the other one is occupied. Keep clean

Short walk to the park + playground, bike trail, and stores/restaurants. About 10-minute drive to beach.

About us:

Sisters who work full-time + a 55 lbs. springer doodle.
I run my own business from home. My team work in a separate room downstairs. They come twice a week and only use the kitchen when washing dishes or using the stove once a while.

Occasionally I will hosts small events, but I will let you know in advance.
