Looking for 1-2 female roommates- HB

Includes all utilities/internet!

Looking for a long term female roommate(no age range preference). Must have reliable income and be a genuine kind(and clean) person.(I uploaded The pictures from Zillow, friend hasn’t moved out of their room yet, that’s our house before we moved in) we have 1 room available for rent.

Home is a beautiful house in Huntington off Brookhurst and Adams with an open parking spot in the driveway, big backyard(we’re open to dogs or cats, as long as you keep tidy and clean up after them) home gym, pool table, sauna, outdoor and indoor fireplace, etc.

It’s a 5 bedroom house, my friend and his girlfriend are moving out next month(we previously split the house) so looking to have some roommates to help cover rent. When they move out it will just be me, Cory,(26 year old guy) and my 14 year old little sister Abby(I’m her legal guardian and take care of her full time)

I’m looking for female roommates specifically because my sister being safe and comfortable is my #1 priority and I am not going to have some random guy/s move in.

I own a couple local businesses that keep me more than busy, I work from home(one of the rooms is my office). I’m not a night owl and it’s a quiet house, I’m up before sunrise ever morning for a surf before I start work. My sister is an absolute sweetheart and as mellow and enjoyable as a 14 year old girl could ever be. This isn’t a new arrangement either I’ve been taking care of my sister for years.

In regards to expectation, we travel half the year so we aren’t here a lot of the time, but when we are we’re here all the time(given I work from home in my office) I have friends and family over once every 1-2 weeks or so, and for whoever moves in I want this to be their home. Always welcome to have friends/family over(while being respectful to each other of course, no being loud with guests in the middle of the night) really want whoever loves in to feel comfortable and at home here which I’ll do everything I can to ensure. The room for rent are pretty standard size rooms, not really big, not really small, hard wood floors nice big window that lets in nice amount of light.

Also we have an awesome garden!
