Master room/private bathroom 1 mile from beach

Hello!
In search of one responsible female roommate (prefer age range 21-40) to take over my spot on a lease in the Huntington Harbor area. The lease is up November 30, 2021 but you have the option to sign for another year when this one is up. This is a three bedroom but you would have the master bedroom with private bathroom and you also will have access to the third room that is used as an office space (we both work from home).

• Rent is $1250 due at the first of every month
• $900 deposit required
• Must pass credit check with leasing office
• 1 Dog okay or 1 female cat considered (1 pet max)
• No couples
• Must have steady job/income
• Parking spot included (located in carport)
• Laundry is onsite and easily accessible
• Utilities include: water/sewer, internet, gas and electric (typically $75-$100 each person per month)
• Storage room and space above carport included
• Located 1 mile from beach and near popular grocery stores as well as restaurants and gas stations.
• Pool in complex
• Not a party house but roommate does enjoy going out and having fun (good and responsible work/life balance)
• Full access to all common areas
