The kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished and have plenty of windows for natural light. The condo is on the second floor and has a patio off the front door. Parking is easy, both in a lot with reserved and unreserved spaces and on the street. The condo is right next to Irvine Valley College with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The community has a pool and hot tub.

My roommate is a female professional in her mid-twenties, who is clean and friendly. She has one very sweet cat.
