Modern Comfy Condo Room

I am a 40yo male professional hoping to find a compatible roommate. This is a quiet neighborhood in Irvine, so during the week especially it's important to respect the 'bedroom community' vibe.

Room to rent is NOT furnished (furniture in pics will be gone), and has private bathroom off of bedroom (and enclosed from the rest of the condo). Downstairs is fully furnished with table, chairs, couches, etc., but there may be room for some small furniture.

Laundry is on-site, and there's a great patio out back. I'm flexible when it comes to sharing food prep/shopping duties or keeping things separate. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood.

I do have a super-sweet medium-sized dog. He's a shepherd-lab-everything mutt who loves people. If you have any animals, they'd have to meet first.

There's a pool and hot tub a short walk away. Great location, with parks all around and near plenty of shopping. Biking trail is nearby.
