2 Rooms with Privates Baths Available

I am looking to rent two bedrooms with private baths each out of my 1994 sq ft family home. I live in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The Marketplace, Diamond Jamboree, and the District are all either walkable or a 10 minute drive away. The bus stop is also a 10 minute walk away. There is ample street parking as this is a corner house. There are three parks within walking distance nearby-- including the giant Tustin Sports Park. We are also close to many beautiful hiking locations, such as Peter's Canyon, Quail Hill Trail, and Red Rock Canyon.

There are two rooms available that can be furnished or un-furnished, and each come with their own private bathroom.

The upstairs room is $1300, very large, and has a sizeable closet. In the photos, it is the pictured furnished. The private bathroom has a shower/tub and is across the hall.

The downstairs room is $100, average sized, and has an average sized closet. In the photos, it is pictured unfurnished. The private bathroom has a shower and is right next to the room.

Internet is included, while electricity/water/gas will be evenly split. I have two cats and one dog who will stay in my room, however I am open to discussion if you have your own pet. The common areas include the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. The living room has a TV with ChromeCast (so you can connect your own Netflix and other accounts to it from your devices) on it. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and space to hang your clothes if you'd like to air dry them.
