We have a room available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Irvine. It can be for a single person, or for double (2 people living in the room). Minimum 1 year lease. Preferably a student(s). No smoking, no parties.
Guests are allowed with prior notice.

You will have 2 other roomates who are in their mid twenties and are working professionals and so it?s important to respect each other by keeping a clean and quiet space.

The Lease Includes:

The apartment also provides Front Door Trash Pickup so all you?ll have to do is place your trash outside the door and their staff will pick it up for you :)
