Luxury Apartment - Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Hello, I am a single male looking for a roommate in the village luxury apartment complex (10 mins from UCI). I am a quiet roommate, the loudest I'll get is having friends over for board games on the weekend once in a while or chatting to friends on the phone in my room.

I work nearby at Blizzard Entertainment, I live with 2 Hairless (Sphynx) Cats, and I mostly would be keeping to my room. For the items of mine that would be in shared areas, I already have a large dining table that seats 6, a full-sized couch, my Peloton bike, and a bookshelf.

A little about me: I like to keep a clean house, I enjoy board games / video games, cardio, theater, going out on the weekend, and all types of music. I am a fairly liberal person but I don't force my opinions on anyone else.

The room comes with a closet, and your own bathroom + shower, this would be the bathroom guests would use as well. The apartment also has a full kitchen and a large living room. Also comes with your own indoor parking spot.

Please no live-in couples or pets.
