Looking for a female roommate

So this apartment consists of me, my male roommate and a female. I also have a small dog. He’s very quiet and loving. I can keep to myself or can be outgoing. I like to cook and watch movies. We are friendly and very respectful. It is a 3 bedroom apartment and we are looking to find one person to fill one of the rooms. Preferably a female. Utilities will be paid for. The room will be $1400. It is going to be a shared bathroom with one female and we have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
