Room is located on the second floor of the house with access to the living room, laundry(dryer and washer ) kitchen area , bathroom and balcony all on the same level.

Utility’s are included and as well free access to the community pool ,gym and park less than a
mile away.

My husband and I both attend college we both work as well , we are active people and love to go on trips , go hiking.

We do have a very playful kitten named Simba 🐱

We are looking for someone preferably who goes to school, works and is clean and tidy.

Move in date October 1st

Monthly payments of $1,350 that price already includes utilities, $600 deposit.
