Female roommate wanted to share Irvine apartment

Hi! I’m 38, a teacher, Christian, who loves to hike, go to the beach, volunteer, and get together with friends. I’m looking for a female roommate to occupy the other bedroom and private full bathroom in an upstairs Irvine apartment starting on or near September 18th. You would be responsible for half of the electric, gas, water, and Internet. Washer and dryer are included inside the apartment. The apartment has central air conditioning, a spacious kitchen, and is in a chill complex in a nice part of Irvine. It comes with a balcony, one carport spot and a lot of free parking in our designated parking lot. There’s a cute pool as well. It’s convenient to both the 5 and the 405 freeways. There’s some extra room for storage. The apartment will be fully furnished except for the available bedroom. You would have a month-to-month roommate agreement with me, and would be sharing the apartment with only me. The owner doesn’t permit pets at this time.
