[FULL UNIT] 1B/1B Lease Takeover Available Sept. 1

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in an Irvine 1B/1B apartment starting Sept 1st. Full unit will be yours.

Some additional details:
• Rent is $2,049 a month and price includes internet and cable
• Lease ends in April 2023 with the option to renew
• Washer/dryer in-unit
• No deposit required, as it was paid by me when I moved in
• Newly remodeled amenities for the apartment complex opening this fall

Some rules from the leasing office:
• Applicant must be employed. If a full-time student, must have at least a part-time job.
• Since this unit is below market rate, there are some income requirements:
            1. Income cannot exceed $89k/year for one person occupying the unit.
            2. Income cannot exceed $102k/year for two people occupying the unit.
