The master bedroom is where my hushund and I live. We currently offer one first-floor room for rent. Just outside the room is a full bathroom. In the morning rush time, it can be considered as exclusive.
The room is fully furnished and all utilities are included in the rental price. We provide a brand-new, large refrigerator in the garage for tenants. The kitchen is also open for tenants.
The HOA includes pool and gym. The tenants are encouraged to use them.
The street parking is convenient, lots of vacancies. We have a yard where you can have outdoor coffee/tea and even a yoga. We installed fingerprint lock for each room to better protect privacy.
I need to teach piano class from 2PM to 8PM in the living room from Wed to Fri and 9AM to 5 PM on Sat. Please take this into consideration. If you play piano, welcome to use the two grand pianos in the living room.
We accept FEMALE tenants ONLY. NO SMOKE and NO PETS allowed in the house.
