Hi this is Rachel. My husband and I live have a Four bedroom three full bath home. We are wanting to rent one Large bedroom furnished with desk, full size bed and large closet.. We share Kitchen, living spaces and laundry room. This is a spacious home with living room, dining room, family room and breakfast room. Very nice private backyard. Rent includes utilities and Wifi. Park your car in our driveway or in front of house. This is a drug free resident. Amenities include HOA pool and tennis courts. We are In Northwood area of Irvine very safe and quiet.. We are calm and enjoy learning about different cultures. Our past roommates were UCI college students from Japan. I admire their work ethic, kind and helpful nature.
