Master bed available in 2 bed/2 bath

I am looking for a working professional, preferably female to take over my portion of a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor at Los Olivos in Irvine. I have lived in this apartment for 6 years and I am relocating to LA for work. Move-in would be after February 6, 2023 and the lease is through July 22, 2023. Rent is $1,320/person, utilities range from $100-150/person plus $35/person for internet. The available room is the master which has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/AC/Heat in unit. The furniture shown in the room and the furniture in the living/dining room will also be moving with me. There is a detached garage that has storage space. Typically we have alternated who parks in the garage every 2 weeks. There is plenty of street parking in the community at no additional cost.
