Private master bedroom and private bath available

I’m looking for one or two people to take the master bedroom and private bathroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. You will also have private patio access through the bedroom. Couple (any sexuality) are preferred, but anyone is welcome to take the space for themselves!

We are located right next to the University Town Center and UCI, groceries and stores are within walking distance. We also live within walking distance of multiple OCTA bus stops. Free parking is available at the apartment as well! Just let me know if you need 1 or 2 spaces.

I would be the only other person in the home, in my separate bedroom. I work full-time, go to the gym, cook, and mostly stay in my room. Living room is furnished, bedroom is not. 4/20 friendly. Rent would be $1900 for the room. We would also be splitting utilities equally.
