Private master bedroom and private bath available

I’m looking for someone (preferably a couple) to take the master bedroom (with private patio access) and private bathroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment ASAP. I’d like to have new tenants by mid June.

We are located right next to the University Town Center and UCI, groceries and stores are within walking distance. We also live within walking distance of multiple OCTA bus stops. Free parking is available at the apartment as well! Just let me know if you need 1 or 2 spaces.

I would be the only other person in the home, in my separate bedroom. I work full-time, go to the gym, cook, and mostly chill in my room. Living room is furnished, bedroom is not. 4/20 friendly. Rent would be $1700 for the room. We would also be splitting utilities equally.
