April - September 1st Housemate needed

Hi! We are looking for one Female/Male individual to fill one room in our house. The house is really nice, kitchen and living room is fully stocked and furnished. We have a dog that loves everyone, other animals are welcomed. We are all easy-going, drama free individuals that like our privacy and generally keep to ourselves but also like having fun like occasional hot pot nights with the roomies. We are clean, working professionals that enjoy the outdoors and travel many weekends. Two of us work from home while the other two attend classes and work on-site. Your room would be upstairs, with its own lock, and a shared bathroom with another female (you get your own sink). There's unlimited street parking, and awesome amenities that the place comes with like 4 pools, tennis courts, and bbqs.
