Large room in big house

Hello. I’m moving to Hawaii in June and I need to find substitute for my room, that said the furniture will stay in the room including TV. The house is located in very quite and beautiful area of Great Park and is 1,900 sq. ft. The room itself is very big. It has its own bathroom and walk-in closet ( my clothes will removed from the closet). The house has driveway and 2 car garage. The house is 3 floor high and your room will be located on the 1st floor. The house will be shared with 1 other male who is 54 year old engineer and works from Mon-Friday 7-5. Also community has 7 beautiful pools that you can use. You will feel right at home living there as you will have full use of the house and can have friends and guests over, even overnight if you wish.


My roommate is responsible 53 y. o engineer who works out of home Mon-Fri from 7am-5pm. He is laid back and often hangs out in his room. He doesn’t want too many people living in the house so it will only be 2 of you.
