Large Master Room in Luxury Condo

I am looking for a new roommate who can be a cosigner to renew my lease from 8/30/2023 for 13 months at Park Place apartment. You will get a master room with a private bathroom and we share a kitchen and living room. Utilities are not included in the rent, which is roughly in the range from $135 to $150. I usually work from 9 to 5 remotely on weekdays. I am a clean/easygoing person and am cat friendly. I like going to the beach, surfing, driving, and drinking.
