Room With Private Bathroom In Great Complex

We are a couple of professionals living in Irvine and currently seeking a roommate. We have a nice room with big windows, a TV and a spacious closet (no bed, but we can work on that if needed).

You will have access to our kitchen, living room, laundry room, as well as communal spaces, which includes hot tub, pool, bbq areas, garage, tennis court, basketball court, and more.

We are very respectful, easy going, and like our privacy. We are looking for clean and respectful people, either students or professionals. If you are willing to stay for a longer period, we can talk about the rent.
