Two bedrooms with bathrooms in 3B3B townhouse

Looking for two housemates to take over the following bedrooms in a 3b3b townhouse in Oxford Court as my current housemates (recent graduates) are moving on to newer adventures. I have lived here for the past two years and nobody has ever not loved this place!

Room descriptions:

-Master bedroom on the second floor with loft, balcony, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom: $1800
-Bedroom on the first floor with own bathroom across the room and an extra closet space close-by in addition to the in-room closet. It is also furnished with a full XL bed and mattress and a glass table: $1500
Note: Utilities are not included in the rent (typically $60-100 per month)

Townhouse description:
The townhouse has three floors including a loft attached to the master (2300 sq. ft.). The first floor includes a spacious, fully furnished kitchen, living room (incl. TV with all streaming services), dining area, a bedroom with bathroom and extra closet space across. There is an in-house laundry unit, as well as a garage with 2 parking spots (+1 an outside parking spot currently used by me). There is also a large patio for winding down and/or growing plants (currently has some herbs to share). The second floor has two master bedrooms one of which is occupied currently.

Location:
The townhouse is located in the gated Oxford Court. UCI can be reached by foot within 10-20 mins, and UTC within 5-10 mins. There is an OCTA bus stop in front of the gate and the complex is connected to Mason Park, which can be reached by foot in 2 mins. You will also have access to the community swimming pool and hot tub located very close to the house.

Your housemate:
I am 28 years old and a postdoc/researcher in Physics at UC Irvine. I am from India and have previously lived in Germany for 6 years before moving here in fall'22. When I am not working or thinking about neutrinos, I like to go swing dancing, read, paint, bake, cook (plant-based), or nerd about coffee. I also have a lot of houseplants and many herbs in the patio! Having a nice and comfortable kitchen space is pretty important to me as I cook most of my meals. I clean up immediately after. I am also queer.

I also like hosting friends from time to time for book clubs, small cozy parties, or brunch. I balance my social interactions by spending equal amounts of quality time alone. I have a lot of experience living with flatmates in all the three countries I have lived in. I value easy communication and being mindful of boundaries.

What to expect:
My previous housemates and I followed a weekly cleaning schedule for the common areas and we also cleaned-up immediately after using the kitchen. I occasionally invite friends over, but not a fan of loud parties. Looking for people who also prefer such a living situation. I value open communication and being mindful of boundaries. The house is smoke-free. I am queer and this is a queer-friendly household.
