Room for Rent in Lovely 3bd2.5ba Irvine Townhome

Hello! I'm searching for a female roommate to join me in my 3 bed 2.5 bath two-story Townhome in Northwood, Irvine with a two-car detached garage starting asap. The home is conveniently located near the 5 freeway (near Irvine High School) and various shopping centers. Rent is $2,150 with utilities included but no internet at the moment as I don’t have a big need for wifi right now (I use a hotspot), so if you require High Speed Internet, that can be the utility you’re responsible for. Washer & Dryer included on site. The area I live in is very private and quiet and I’m at the end, so there’s only one shared wall and a lovely private side yard that gets frequent visits from bunnies and birds of all kinds! There are also two pools/jacuzzis on site in the community I live in.

I’m a massage therapist and work primarily in Long Beach, but also occasionally see clients in one of the rooms in the house. When that room is not in use for clients, it can be a shared space for yoga, meditation, work, etc.

I live a vegan lifestyle, so my preference is folks who are respectful of this lifestyle. You don’t need to be vegan, but health conscious is preferred. I’m a social introvert who values alone time. I tend to be a night owl, but the quiet type. I love animals, but no pets preferred.

I consider myself overall quite chill and simply ask for mutual respect and consideration.
