We are renting out our spare 1 bedroom with private bathroom from our apartment. We are professionals/graduate students at UCI which is 4 minute drive away. The apartment is furnished with bed, desk, monitor, chair, etc. with large closet and comes with private bathroom. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer.
