Hi! I'm Dom, I am a 33 years old female and I have a room available for rent in my apartment. The room has its own bathroom near the front door, and the kitchen, living room, etc. will be shared spaces. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, keyless entry, and a dedicated parking spot for you.

I was approved alone on this lease, so anyone looking to roommate can be added to the lease and be approved through Toscana if you don’t want to pay month to month.
