These apartments are the most luxurious in this area with the pool, 24 hours gym, clubhouse, study/business room, yoga room, etc. Only minutes drive from fwy 5, 405, and 133. Walking distance from Irvine Spectrum. It has it's own private attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. Room can be fully furnished or without any furniture.

$1200 per month with all the utilities and the WiFi included
Single occupant only
Month to month rent with a 30-day notice
Negotiable deposit and one month rent in advance
Need to pass the credit and background check
Need to have a quiet lifestyle, especially after 10pm
Light kitchen and common area use No drugs, smoking or parties
No pets
No overnight guests
