Current roommate is relocating to be closer to work and we're looking for a replacement. The room is furnished with a bed, Tuft and Needle Mint Queen mattress, nightstands, and computer desk.

You will have access to a (larger) private bathroom, and a parking space. (Tandem)

We are all professionals, so there are office desks mixed in to the living area. Everyone is work-from-home. The dining area is open for you to use. Or we can align on a better method to organise the living/dining for better flow.

The complex features two pools, four hot tubs, two lounge areas, two patios with 6 BBQs, 24/7 coworking space, and 24/7 gym with Peloton bicycles.

It is necessary to co-sign onto the lease with Irvine Company. Rent split half; utilities split evenly between all occupants; electricity split 1:4 in your favor. Expect your share to less than $1950.
