I am a teacher with a busy schedule. My home is quiet and peaceful. However, I have three dogs, two birds, and a cat who keep me company. I love to spend time in my garden and with my grandkids who sleepover about once a month. I am in and out, so there is a lot of opportunity for private time. I am willing to rent to a couple. We can negotiate the rental fee. My son and his family are in the process of moving out; so the picture is not with furnishings. The room is approximately 166 square feet with a 48 square foot walk-in closet. Rent is $750 plus $150 for utilities.
