My 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has one bedroom available. There is a shared bathroom between the two rented rooms.


One room will have a female occupant beginning in January.

Available room has a single closet (Pics with pink bed). Asking $1200 per month utilities included. 1st full month rent to begin December 1, 2022. $500 security deposit plus first months fees due by move in.

The pink sink and tub are no liner pink, they have been reglazed in white. Driveway parking can be discussed and figured out. Laundry is located in the garage. My bedroom and bathroom will be on the opposite side of the home.

New dual pane windows have been installed throughout the home.

Home is located within 10 miles of Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College, Downtown Fullerton, Brea Mall and Downtown Brea.

Full house privileges are available. Hoping to find occupants that are clean, honest, and respectful of others in the home. This will not be a party house but having friends over on occasion will be okay. Overnight guests will be limited and discussed. Smoking allowed only outside.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOUSE WILL NOT HAVE THE FURNITURE SEEN IN THE PHOTOS. Rooms are unfurnished.

A bit about myself:

-Work full time Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
-Play hockey Tue, Wed, Thu, sometimes Friday nights (I get home late)
-Cook every now and then
-Pretty simple low key
