The current tenant (female), has to early terminate their lease due to unforeseen circumstances. She has offered to provide her testimonial to serious, prospective renters.

The ideal tenant would be a working professional that is financially stable and looking for a longer lease term. Initial desired term is a minimum of 10 months and may transition to month-to-month or be renewed at the discretion and agreement between both parties.
