Room is for rent month to month woman preferred no smoking no visitor's no pets. laundry on site. kitchen access open. parking is available gated community. room is not furnished you will need your furniture. I have 1 student tenant (female) 2 teenage daughters that come over for visitations and my spouse with a small child that also come over to visit so we would perfer a woman tenant and no male visitors due to the woman in the household and children.
