Only one person is to live in the room, no exceptions. Sorry no single mothers . Rent is on a month to month basis. You must be someone who loves dogs, this is a must. We have two medium size dogs and a cat so no animals allowed. If you dislike animals or are allergic please don't reach out.
Your room is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for complete privacy, therefore we don’t offer shared spaces within the common areas of the house. The only shared area is the front entrance, which still offers a degree of privacy from the rest of the house.

Your room features a convenient kitchenette equipped with a sink, fridge, oven/air fryer/microwave, and hot water kettle, making it ideal for light meal preparation. We've stocked the essentials and provided all-new appliances for your comfort.
