Bedroom For Rent

Newly renovated home! I currently reside in this home with my husband, and my cousin. We are in our late 20s to early 30s. Our family owns the home, and we currently have one bedroom available for rent. Bathroom will be shared with one other person, as well as any of our family/friends that we have visiting from time to time.

We are clean, respectful, non-smoking, working professionals/grad school student. We require that our roommate be very clean, considerate, and mindful of noise. We are very friendly and easy-going people, looking for someone who has the same type of lifestyle as us. Home is very close to dining, shopping, and freeways.
