Very Large Room for Rent

I am looking for a neat, clean, responsible , trustworthy and working individual who wishes to live in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to freeways, malls, hospital, bus stops, markets, library. The room is two bedrooms that was opened up to ONE large bedroom. It is unfurnised and it is presently clean and ready for someone who is in need of a room. I will pay utilities, cable TV and WiFi, Tenant will have access refrigerator and microwave. There is a pool that also could be used during the heatwave. Bathroom is shared with another tenant who normally leaves the house around 6:30 am in the morning. I will be renting month to month so as to give both the option of being able to move when he wishes. i do not ask for a deposit but surely want my property treated with the same care that i give it.
