Single room and private, detached, full sized bathroom for rent. This is for a single female only. Located near surrounding hiking trails, and only a 10 minute drive to Dana Point beach. There is a grocery store and a Starbucks directly across the street. The room is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, tv, desk and side table with a reading lamp.

The room and bathroom are the only ones downstairs so it is very private. The room and bathroom are near the laundry room and kitchen, making them very accessible. I am a female in my late thirties. I work remotely from home in the insurance industry. You must be dog friendly, as I own a 3 year old Boston Terrier and 2 year old Lab mix.
