-Must be clean/tidy and have the ability to get along with others.

-NOT open for double occupancy or pets as the owner has two indoor cats.

-The tenancy includes full kitchen/laundry privileges, Wi-Fi (no cable).

-Whole house filtration system, Kangen water machine (no need for bottle water), EMF protection, no smart meters, house filters.

-Utilities are shared with three other residents (averages around $125 per month per person).

-Residents are responsible for keeping the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and bedrooms vacuumed regularly.

-No smoking/vaping of any kind, drugs, heavy drinking or drama or overnight guests.

-Proof of employment, income, references, and security deposit (one month’s rent) required upon move in.

-Criminal and credit background will be checked.
