The room is 9.5'x10.5' with a 5x2 closet. You would share a bathroom with 3 other male roommates. There's a 4th roommate in the master bedroom with his own bathroom. The house is very spacious with 3 large shared living rooms and a large kitchen as well as a garage and spacious backyard. Utilities are included in the rent, and so is monthly maid service on the common areas. Membership to the lake forest sun n sail club is free at request, which includes tennis courts, volleyball courts, pools, a gym, and lake access.
