Very convenient location. It's walking distance to Albertsons supermarket and CVS pharmacy. The I-5 freeway is 5 minutes away, as well as Starbucks, Nekter Juice Bar, Subway, McDonalds and lots more. Within 10 minutes drive is Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Hills mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Best Buy, Saddleback hospital, and so much more. Laguna Beach and beautiful hiking trails 15-20 min. drive.
