Beautiful Lake View Room for Rent

Welcome to our beautiful lake front home, you have full run of the house, We are easy going , fun loving professionals who enjoy a good life on the lake. This is a small room fully furnished with a shared bathroom . One roommate works hybrid, the other works in office . We have two Siamese cats. They are indoor cats, so we need to find someone who loves cats as much as we do and is responsible to keep the door closed to make sure they are not let out. We have a boat, so expect some nice rides on the lake. Also you will have the luxury of enjoying many amenities here and our Clubhouse area where you will find 3 pools, volleyball courts , pickle ball courts, tennis and basketball courts. There is clubhouse that has banquets rooms available and a lounge that has pool tables and a bar open on Friday nights. The property also has a gym. You may be required to provide a credit and back round check .
