Room with Semi-Private restroom (utilities incl)

We are renting an unfurnished spare room with a semi-private restroom in a 2-story family home. Room is 10'4"x10'9" on the first floor. Bathroom is directly across the hall. Parking in drive-way, wi-fi and utilities included in rent. Access to the stove, microwave and oven. Mini-fridge and small pantry cabinet will be included inside the room. There will be no access to the rest of the house and no laundry access either. NO drugs, NO drinking, NO smoking and NO overnight guests. Female preferred. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and courteous.

We are a family of three with a young child. We are renting 1 of our 5 bedrooms. One owner works from home. We currently have 2 indoor dogs and 1 indoor cat so you must be ok with pets.
