Lake forest room available in condo

You have your own private room with a shared bath. The neighborhood is very quiet. We love to have our home clean. The room is a decent size for one person with ample closet space. There is kitchen space available as well. There’s 3 cameras in the house 1 in the living room and 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in the patio(they are for my dogs) We live right across to the pool. We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate. There’s a lot of street parking available.
No overnight guests allowed.
