Hi! I'm Jonah. Resident in this shared apartment for over 7 years now. I come and go as I please, but do call this cozy apartment my home. The Apartment itself is old and the carpet needs to be replaced. Not a neat freak, but do maintain cleanliness. You'll have your own room, with a decent size closet. Shared bathroom with my friend, Cody, who is hardly home. We have no curfew, just don't be too loud.

Utilities are under 100 bucks a month
There will be a $30.00 credit check with Pacific City Properties, plus a $150.00 amendment fee if accepted
Credit needs to be 650 or higher, 2-4 pay stubs of consistent pay.
