Female seeks roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a detached home.

Single, spiritually oriented, compassionate professional woman seeks same. Prefer a quiet and responsible employed individual. I will share my home with one person only. Currently there is one person living in the home.

1 Bedroom for rent in a lovely, quiet neighborhood (cul de sac) no traffic area. Walking distance from the Mission Viejo Lake and shopping center. As a roommate you have Mission Viejo Lake privileges. (Concerts, outdoor movies, Swimming and more.)

Very private home. The bedroom for rent has a private bathroom, the area for rent is divided by a wall, therefore no one can see into that part of the home. (bedrooms are divided by a living room/ dining area. There is a bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house.) Very private!

There is a front and back entrance to that room. Large enclosed backyard, ideal for meditating. Parking in front of the house. Inside laundry, large back yard, kitchen privileges and more.
