Seeking Roommate To Move From 1Bd Into 2Bd/2Bth

Hello, i currently rent a 1bd/1bt apartment at Los Alisos and would like to move my lease into a 2bd/2bth. The rent is pretty expensive for a 1bd and it just makes sense to get a roommate and move into a 2bd/2bth. If you think that's something you'd be up for, i'd recommend googling the complex and checking it out so you have an idea of the floor plan and what to expect. (los alisos apartments in mission viejo). Its a super nice complex. Gym, pools, BBQs, entertainment lounge, etc. bougie af

I work 12hr shifts 5pm-5am, 3days/4days weekly rotating schedule, and I deliver doordash so i'm always out late at night/early morning.

When I'm not working i'm a homebody. I'm always learning, investing in crpyto/stocks, or watching YT videos and staying current with news. I cook at home frequently. I'm a pretty reserved individual and keep to myself mostly but I'm pretty friendly as well. I just prefer my own space and alone time and will respect your space as well.
I've only had awesome roommate experiences in my past so i expect that to continue. open communication is huge to me, common respect for the roommate situation and being mature and aware of certain boundaries is expected. Cleanliness, tidiness, etc.
