Luxury Room & Bathroom available + amenities

My spouse and I are looking for a roommate to occupy our second bedroom and bathroom in our townhome. We both work quite often and the space is going unused. There are many amenities to this location, a pool and bbq, a clubhouse, a business center as well. We are across from Providence hospital. There is also the shops at Mission Viejo across the street. There is a canes and Amazon Fresh store across the street as well. Kaleidoscope is just a walk away with an LAFitness included. We are in the center of convenience here. There is plenty of parking right in front and a keyless entry. We enter and exit through the garage. The front door is right next to the second bedroom, there will be no disturbance going in and out unless there are guests. We only have guests Thursday evenings.
