This rental includes a shared kitchen, living room, and an indoor laundry room. Wi-Fi, cable, fast internet and utilities are all included.

This is a VERY GOOD and friendly living situation.
I'm looking for someone who will respect my home and my things and will pitch in to help keep it clean and tidy, including their own room and shared bath. There’s no smoking of any kind.

As for pets, I will consider someone with a small "housebroken" and "friendly" dog or indoor cat. I have a very lovable and delicate tiny dog.
