We have 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom available in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment! It?s in Eight 80 Apartment Complex, right on the line of Newport & Costa Mesa! Rent is $1100 a month, with your share of utilities being around $60 a month! It is available April 25th, but we could work with a flexible date if needed. Our current roomie is having to move out due to COVID-19 financial issues :(
About the apartment:
2 large pools, a couple of hot tubs, grills all throughout the complex, 2 large gyms, tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong tables.
The laundry room and trash room is just at the end of our hallway. Our apartment is on the first floor! One parking space is included in the rent price, but you can buy an extra one for $100 a month. There?s usually plenty of street parking available though, so we?ve never paid for an extra one!
Your room would come unfurnished, but living room/kitchen is pretty much taken care of! We?re always open to new furniture though if you have your own :)
(The blue/gray color we did on our own. Originally it was tan, like the living room & the bathroom was white! We can easily paint it back to original colors for you!)
About us:
My boyfriend and I (20 & 22) have lived here for almost 2 years now! I?m originally from Georgia, and he?s grown up here his whole life. We both work in restaurants, so our hours vary. The earliest I work is usually 6 am, and the latest is around 10 pm. We work a lot, and love enjoying our time out of the house, so we?re not home too often!
We are respectful of others, but also love to have fun! We drink occasionally, friendly (but OUTSIDE only!!!), and have people over every now and then. We are totally cool with you doing the same, as long as everyone?s clean & respectful!
We have a small dog, Kilo! He?s 3 years old, but still full of energy. He gets along well with other dogs!
We are open to couples, single people, and other pets! We get along well with pretty much anyone, all we ask is to be clean in the common spaces!
