Room for rent

I live in Newport Beach in an awesome little condominium. I’m 25 years old and I work full time as a Sales rep.. I’m in the office part time & work from home 2 days a week. I also still pick up shifts working at a restaurant occasionally on weekday nights / weekends! You will have 2 closets, your own bathroom with tub, a room with great lighting / view of the pool! Walking access to: CVS, Ralph’s, Pilates, pressed juiceRy, pickup stix, UPS store, ACE, orange theory, etc. There were no issues with my past situation, I absolutely loved my roommate she is just moving in with her boyfriend to save money! We have a pool and a locked gate to enter the property, there is a spot in the back for our apartment, but it’s not usually necessary because there’s tons of street parking! Currently the rent is $1400 however there’s a chance they will raise it by ~$100 when renewing the lease in January.
2 closets, own bathroom, good lighting, furnished except own room.
Room shown in photos will be empty for move in & carpets will be cleaned! Move in date Jan. 1st.
